Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Free shipping for orders above Rp 1,500,000  
Orders below this amount will have shipping calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

International Shipping

We ship internationally from Bali, Indonesia using EMS International service.

Estimated delivery time:
5–21 business days depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping cost:
International shipping is calculated based on package weight.

  • Rp 480,000 for the first 1000 grams (1 kg)

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for heavier packages

The final shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout.

All international orders include tracking numbers.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Courier delays

  • Peak seasons

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable).

We will assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
