Return policy

15 day return policy

We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, we have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unwashed, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at alinemylabel.com. If your return is accepted, we will instruct you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any shipping costs to return requests, or duties upon receiving, will not be borne by AML, unless due to human error on our part.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Please note, for hygiene purposes, certain projects cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

All items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return payment method

We cannot grant refunds but an exchanged item will be assigned an equal online store credit.
